They started a four step class.Icluding a "How to be Successfull in Just Ten Minutes".Resolving conflics is what they taught in one of the classes.Because of that class they teach  succes to juvenilles.SO THEY CAN STOP IMPULSING BEHAVIOR.They even reduced the deliquency.

Someone had there first job in a music store and had an ethical dilema,which was an upper management.A man said its unethical stealing something while someone is watching,generally they should bring it to the attention of the ownerif don't person is neglegent.Like people w/ monthly payment.Ocasionaly an account will pay an account early/normal and the employees.    

Ethics in the video is used when a co-worker is your friend you don't want to offend them.If its unethical you need to tell that someone to quit it.Also you need to make sure if your not comfortable don't do it. If it is ethical keep doing the good work

I will manage it every wednesdays,becuase we get out early.Also I will do it at school during rise ,and lunch time.I will do it for homework. I will  not spend time with dogs.I will also tell my grandma that I can't go visit her at the hospital.I will tell my mom I can't do chores

I feel that it was complicated in the begining it was difficult,because I didn't understand the networks.Honestly I think an 85% is what I think I deserve on my process journal.My grade on the newsletter should be a 89%-100%.I feel that if only I would have focussed more on it.Make more time. I should have been a better IB learner.
